Manager, Trade Sales Planning

We are seeking a Manager, Trade Sales Planning to lead the trade sales demand plan process and forecast accuracy for Red Bull North America. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to define, implement, and manage the company forecast planning process at a National Banner and SKU level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver national sales forecasts for off-premise small format and large format channels, providing expertise and insights to Sales Directors and NAMs
• Develop and manage SKU-level projections, collaborating with sales, marketing, and financial controlling to understand demand forecast drivers
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with executive leadership and other stakeholders, creating and delivering regular forecasting reviews
• Effectively utilize Red Bull tools, working with large and small data sets from different internal and external sources

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Quantitative Science, or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in the Consumer Goods or Retail industry
• Expert-level Excel skills, including Pivot tables, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas
• Expert-level data visualization skills in tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong experience in data analytics, forecasting, and planning

Benefits

• Base salary range: $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives
• Benefits eligible
• Travel: 0-10%
