Measurement Partnerships Manager

Electronic Arts creates top-notch entertainment, inspiring players and fans globally. As a Measurement Partnerships Manager, you'll manage partnerships with measurement and insights providers, recommending solutions and helping clients understand and use their results.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main contact for advertisers on measurement , recommend solutions and help them interpret results.
• Build custom performance analyses with advertisers and vendors, packaging results for the Sales team.
• Onboard and manage measurement partners, from evaluation through integration.
• Track partner performance against the roadmap, managing renewals.
• Consult with the AdTech team on technical integrations, including data pipelines and clean rooms.
• Research new measurement tools and trends, recommending adoption.
• Collect partner and client feedback, sharing it with Product and Engineering teams.
• Resolve daily partner and client issues, escalating to the Director when needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in ad measurement, verification, or marketing analytics.
• Working knowledge of measurement/verification vendors (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS, HUMAN).
• Familiarity with data clean rooms (e.g., InfoSum, LiveRamp).
• Experience managing external partners or vendors.
• Client-facing experience explaining data to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working hands-on with data and analysis tools (Excel required; SQL or BI tools).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
