Manager, Procurement Governance & Intelligence

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing various services including food delivery, financial management, and ride-hailing.

The Procurement Governance & Intelligence (G&I) team is responsible for setting internal standards and providing intelligence for procurement decisions across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement Grab's procurement governance and risk framework
• Translate procurement strategy into policies, guidelines, and system rules
• Oversee supplier risk and ESG agenda end-to-end
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to turn ideas into practical governance, workflows, and controls

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, risk, or commercial operations
• Operational depth in governance, Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Relationship, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Knowledge of TPRM beyond checklists, including risk segmentation, due diligence, and ESG integration
• Comfortable working with spend data and able to interrogate it
• Experience writing policies or frameworks with tangible impact

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using AI in work today
• Designing S2C processes and reimagining processes for better impact
• Working with Oracle Procurement, CLM platform, Intake Orchestrator, or TPRM tooling
