Description
This role sits in the Chemical Manufacturing & Control (CMC) area of GSK, which focuses on turning validated molecules into reliably manufactured, quality-assured medicines. As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded in a team that uses AI to transform process development globally.
Your main responsibility will be to build document authoring and generation capabilities to support the company's filing strategy. You will work on key regulatory documents, automate tasks with AI agents, and define an end-to-end knowledge system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering proof-of-concepts, proofs-of-value, and minimum viable products (MVPs) within a short timeframe
- Operating AI agent workflows for autonomous prototype delivery
- Using AI coding assistants as the primary mode of building
- Designing human-in-the-loop workflows for document authoring and review
- Building agent and large language model (LLM) evaluation frameworks
- Embedding with business units, understanding their domain, and prototyping against real data and workflows
- Packaging proven use cases for handover to senior solutions engineers
- Contributing to governance, standards, and coaching
The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack or AI/ML engineering experience, proficiency in Python and other programming languages, and hands-on experience with GenAI patterns.
