Senior Talent Coordinator

Join Electronic Arts (EA), a global leader in interactive entertainment, as a Senior Talent Coordinator. You will guide candidates through a seamless recruiting journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects EA's commitment to creativity, inclusion, and positive play. You will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting the hiring of talent for iconic franchises like EA Sports FC, The Sims, Battlefield, and Apex Legends.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews for candidates, navigating multiple calendars and time zones.
• Audit offer letters for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks.
• Contribute to process improvement projects within Global Talent Acquisition.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in an office or administrative role, supporting recruiting or talent acquisition processes.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Experience auditing offer letters and supporting onboarding tasks.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
