Description
We are seeking a Technology Lead - AVP to design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot–based applications and microservices supporting financial crime transaction monitoring systems
- Implement and support AWS cloud environments for application workloads
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Utilize Databricks as a data processing and analytics platform
- Apply Generative AI technical capabilities using Amazon Bedrock and related AWS services
- Perform Scrum Master responsibilities and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Work in a cross-technology, horizontal capacity supporting multiple team programs and initiatives
- Support people development activities and provide technical guidance
- Communicate complex and sensitive technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Adherence to secure coding practices and implementation of effective unit testing practices
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and contribute to the organisation's technology communities
