Senior Content Governance & Knowledge Specialist

You will shape how AI is applied to create, structure, classify, govern, and continuously improve enterprise knowledge, focusing primarily on unstructured content and knowledge assets.

The role involves strengthening access to trusted knowledge across the organisation by advancing content governance and lifecycle processes, enabling content communities, and establishing AI-readiness standards.

Responsibilities:

• Content Quality Frameworks and Process: Own and improve AI-assisted quality-assurance processes for unstructured content and knowledge assets. Define and maintain measurable AI-readiness criteria and certification.
• Structured Content and AI-Assisted Creation: Develop machine-readable templates and AI-assisted authoring standards for priority content types. Establish standards and guardrails for AI-assisted content creation.
• Insights, Monitoring, and Continuous Improvements: Own persona-based reporting and monitoring of unstructured content and knowledge assets. Identify systemic gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Governance, Ownership, and Community Enablement: Operate a federated governance model and build content communities.
• Taxonomy, Ontology, and Semantic Management: Manage taxonomy and ontology for unstructured content and knowledge assets.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous innovation by monitoring emerging practices and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of W3C standards, OWL, RDF, SKOS, SHACL, SPARQL, and OKF.
• Proven programming skills in Python and/or SQL.
• Experience in establishing content quality assurance processes for agentic AI.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different business functions.
• Experience in content governance, knowledge management, or a related field.
