Senior Vice President Real Estate Services

We are seeking a Senior Vice President for Real Estate Services at GCOO, a part of HSBC. This role will help manage HSBC's global property portfolio, creating inclusive and digitally enabled spaces for collaboration and experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide governance and oversight to Real Estate Services (RES) activities in the market, including Workplace Experience Services, Future of Work Transformation, Health and Safety, and ESG/Sustainable Operations.
• Support managing the expansion of RES-related utilities.
• Collaborate with the market RES team to align with market RES strategy.
• Set strategy, budget objectives, and provide governance and oversight in collaboration with the Market COO.

Requirements:

• University qualification in real estate or a related subject, and/or business, finance.
• Comprehensive understanding of Real Estate activities, local property markets, and practices.
• Thorough understanding of how large banks operate and key challenges faced.
• Skills and expertise in financial analysis and planning for property.
• Ability to work independently, interact with senior professionals, and make recommendations.
• Ability to navigate the RES function through organisational change.
