Associate Quality Designer - Frostbite (12 months contract)

We are looking for an Associate Quality Designer to join the Frostbite team at Electronic Arts. As an Associate Quality Designer, you will report to the Development Manager and contribute to the foundation that enables the creation of immersive, high-quality games for players worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual, regression, and exploratory testing; manage bugs throughout their lifecycle; and maintain test cases in Qmetry and Jira.
• Monitor QA workflows, test practices, and bug handling to identify risks, dependencies, and root causes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet quality goals, share knowledge, and improve processes across distributed teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of QA experience in software, game development, or a centralized technical support environment.
• Experience with core testing methodologies, including integration, regression, functional, and user acceptance testing, and test management and defect-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with automated test execution: triggering runs, monitoring results, and interpreting basic dashboard metrics and trends.
