Contract Technical Recruiter

As part of Ford's Talent Acquisition team, you'll help attract, hire, and retain top talent to achieve the company's vision.

Ford's Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team is driving the company's fully electric transportation future, focusing on customer experience, entrepreneurship, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure alignment between job descriptions and target candidate profiles.
• Pursue passive candidates through personalized reach-outs.
• Advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) internally and externally.
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess suitability for positions.
• Source high-caliber active and passive candidates using various methods and tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to make offers and hire technical talent in a competitive market.
• Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and share updates with internal stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with management and key stakeholders internally.
• Join projects related to employer branding presence and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with expertise in full-cycle recruiting and influencing the inclusion and diversity landscape.
• Experience handling hard-to-close candidates in a competitive market and recruiting in global markets.
• Ability to provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to closing an offer.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a desire to grow and develop in your career.

This position offers an hourly rate ranging from $70-$80/hr, with a final determination based on candidate skills and experience.
