Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain operations at our newly commissioned premix manufacturing plant in Chilliwack, BC. The successful candidate will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate closely with warehouse, production, lab, quality, and external service providers.
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, including:
- Inbound supply chain and port logistics, managing raw material logistics from Vancouver Port to Chilliwack
- Cross-border outbound logistics to U.S. copackers, ensuring compliant and accurate customs documentation
- SAP, WMS, and systems integration, functioning as the business owner for supply chain processes in SAP and WMS
- Inventory planning, establishing an inventory management strategy for a new plant with evolving demand
- Regulatory compliance, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations
- Performance management and continuous improvement, building and leading a supply chain team from the ground up
The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, cross-border shipments, and 3PL management. Experience in manufacturing or ingredient/food environments is preferred, as well as hands-on experience working in SAP (ERP and EWM) and WMS systems.
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull's bonus plan.
