We're looking for an experienced investigator with a focus on insurance fraud and OSINT to join our team in Denmark. As an investigator, you'll conduct objective, well-documented, and lawful investigations into complex claims cases. Your main tasks will include:
- Conducting desk research and OSINT
- Collecting, structuring, and analyzing information
- Preparing objective and well-documented reports
- Advising customers on findings and next steps
- Conducting interviews and gathering relevant explanations
- Contributing to the development and visibility of Sedgwick's investigation services in Denmark
The cases you'll work on vary in content and complexity, but all require precise, transparent, and documentable conclusions. You'll work closely with customers, claims handlers, and our investigation lawyer.
We require a profile with solid experience in investigating fraud cases, preferably from the insurance industry. Your skills should include:
- Documented experience with investigations
- Experience with OSINT and digital information search
- Experience with interviews, interrogations, or fact-finding investigations
- Strong writing skills in Danish and English
- Ability to prepare precise, objective reports
- Knowledge of insurance, claims handling, or economic crime is a plus
- Driver's license and ability to travel as needed
