Description
As a Senior Implementation Manager - Finance Systems at Wise, you will play a key role in ensuring that financial impacts are integrated into our financial systems and properly recorded and controlled.
You will work closely with finance, product, and engineering teams to understand how things work in Wise and how they translate into compliant financials. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the whys and hows of Wise and Finance integration and communicating across all finance stakeholders and financial concepts to engineers
- Figuring out a plan and working with a team of implementation managers, engineers, analysts, and operations specialists to ensure all deliverables are met
- Supporting the team with clear documentation, including requirements, detailed project plans, resource allocation, testing, and delivery
- Working with internal finance teams, such as Accounting, Tax, Reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis, to ensure clean, accurate, and compliant financials in all our entities worldwide in a timely manner

To qualify, you should:
- Be hands-on and able to get things done
- Have experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Possess expertise in financial system integrations and understand how to integrate with internal and third-party systems
- Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting
- Apply LEAN principles to optimize processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Create energy and clarity, with great communication skills
