Manager, PCALT legal and public affairs

We are seeking a Manager, PCALT legal and public affairs to join our team in Taipei City. As a Manager, PCALT legal and public affairs, you will provide legal advice on business operations and review contracts to limit the company's legal risk exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on business operations and review contracts to limit the company's legal risk exposure
• Support the department in various legal initiatives and handle legal, litigation matters and product risk assessment with providing comments on legal clauses for product development
• Assist Legal & Public Affairs in handling communications with internal business functions as well as external parties for strategic initiatives
• Well communicate with related parties to reflect the company's needs and obey regulatory requirements for initiatives
• Provide appropriate legal advice for contract review, product development, and operational inquiries
• Handle and monitor projects through research and communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle and monitor litigation and dispute cases through communications with internal business functions as well as external parties
