Credit Advisor (6 months contract)

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Credit Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for structuring credit solutions within private banking, and supporting a full suite of credit products and solutions for our target clients.

You will drive the development of credit business within private banking by providing expertise to Relationship Managers and clients. You will also create business plans for meeting all risk management and portfolio quality goals and actively support the attainment of revenue goals as captured in the balanced scorecard objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging in proactive dialogue and client planning with Relationship Managers to focus on developing the Credit business as well as developing new business opportunities
• Performing analysis, due diligence and underwriting credit applications
• Providing assistance to Non-Performing Assets management

To be successful you will need:

• A university degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience in lending or other credit related functions within private banking
• Sound knowledge of collateral lending and structured credit transactions for private clients
• Client facing and management skills will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
