Project Manager

AIA Digital+ is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver strategic projects that support AIA's business objectives and customer-centric vision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Aligning project objectives with AIA's strategic goals and compliance requirements
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting for governance and audit purposes
• Serving as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders
• Communicating project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively
• Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues promptly
• Developing contingency plans to minimize impact on delivery and business operations
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding team members on Agile best practices and project management standards
• Ensuring deliverables meet AIA's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and security policies
• Driving adherence to governance frameworks and internal audit guidelines
• Analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned for future initiatives
• Recommending process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience
