FBS - Product Owner IV- Data Delivery

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner to lead multiple areas of product development, following Agile principles to manage the team backlog and drive delivery of high-value features.

As a Product Owner IV - Data Delivery, you will take a fully independent lead in several areas of product development, anticipating and prioritizing needs, overseeing development stages, and executing multiple value streams, agent channels, and lines of business. You will serve as a primary liaison, evaluating product progress, and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams on feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team backlog items and prioritize based on business value
• Outline dependencies and inform stakeholders of the necessary sequence of development
• Lead discussions on off-train dependencies across various value streams
• Utilize advanced business knowledge and communication skills to anticipate problems and address them accordingly
• Work cross-functionally in a self-organizing manner to accomplish tasks and effectively manage the backlog
• Apply critical thinking to identify flexibility in determining how and when each iteration and product element will be developed
• Act as primary communicator and connection between stakeholders, end-users, and teams
• Ensure collaboration from all stakeholders on decisions and strategy
• Take ownership for each stage of the process and final product to ensure the goal and vision are correctly aligned with the work items on the backlog
• Contribute strategic input into the prioritization of the program backlog
• Drive the mitigation of program risks
• Lead PO and/or ART sync meetings and system demos
• Lead Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops to define and implement improvement stories

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Expertise in Data Architect, Data Delivery, Data Governance, Data Models, Data Profiling
• Experience working in Agile environments
