Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to oversee our finance function, which currently relies on manual processes and lacks visibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance operations, treasury, or senior finance roles, and will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily cash cycle across all entities
• Overseeing high-volume USD revenue from Whop into UAE accounts
• Funding GBP/AED corporate cards for Meta ad spend daily
• Building a live cash position view for the founding team

Key responsibilities also include:

• Leading the migration from Pleo/UK setup to Qashio (UAE-native)
• Evaluating Whop's virtual card platform for automated Meta spend
• Removing manual card-topping entirely
• Auditing every manual process and automating what repeats
• Building SOPs across cash, payments, refunds, reconciliation

The successful candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or hands-on senior finance
• Multi-currency, multi-entity experience at genuine transaction volume
• Experience with systems builder , SOPs, automations, process design
• Familiarity with Xero, Wise, corporate card platforms (Pleo, Qashio or similar)
• Active use of AI in finance reporting or operations
