Our Client, a leading US insurer with over $25 Billion in gross written premiums, seeks an HR Advisor to join their Advisory Services team.
The HR Advisor serves as the human-centered escalation point within an AI-enabled HR operating model, providing expert guidance on complex and sensitive employee matters that require empathy, judgment, and nuanced decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations and HR inquiries.
- Provide consultative HR guidance to employees, managers, and business leaders on policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Assess sensitive situations, evaluate risk, and recommend resolutions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Partner with leaders to support employee experience initiatives, performance management discussions, and change management activities.
- Manage complex HR cases from intake through resolution, ensuring thorough documentation and high-quality outcomes.
- Coach managers on employee-related matters, balancing business and employee needs.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement to enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent and effective HR solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or related HR functions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong HR judgment and ability to assess risk while balancing employee and business needs.
- Experience supporting employee experience, organizational design, performance management, and change management initiatives.
- Experience handling complex employee inquiries and case management activities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through employee-related matters.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
