Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering a market-leading customer experience.
We are seeking fashion-forward, confident individuals who are passionate about helping customers feel their best. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing 1-to-1 styling and bra fit experiences for customers
- Offering tailored beauty routines and product recommendations
- Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to provide a personalised service
- Adapting to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
The successful candidate will be able to work part-time hours, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods. The schedule includes:
- Monday: 10:00-14:00
- Tuesday: 17:30-21:30
- Saturday: 12:00-16:00
