FBS Scrum Master II

The Business Insurance IT Agile Delivery team is responsible for enabling efficient, iterative delivery of technology solutions that support core business insurance operations.

The FBS Scrum Master II role involves serving as a servant leader for multiple teams and their stakeholders, coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies, identifying and eliminating impediments, and facilitating flow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a servant leader for multiple teams and their stakeholders
• Coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies and eliminate impediments
• Focusing on continual improvement of team dynamics and performance
• Providing ongoing coaching on Lean-Agile Principles and ensuring teams maintain a Lean-Agile Mindset
• Leading moderately complex teams with work involving routine external team impact or dependencies
• Eliminating impediments and resolving issues with occasional support
• Assisting in building a high-performing team and fostering relentless improvement

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master certification (within 180 days of hire) required
• 1-3 years in an Agile environment or 4+ years of experience in a project environment required
• Minimum 2 years experience in Scrum Master role or 1 year in Scrum Master Level I or 4+ years experience in servant-leader role required
