As a Small Format Team Member, you will provide exceptional guest service, customising each experience and anticipating guest needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience
- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests
- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor
- Making changes to salesfloor merchandise displays
- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately
- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
- Supporting execution of major transitions
- Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness
- Accurately executing all fills and organising and storing reserve product
- Processing all inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
- Completing all backroom daily and weekly audits
- Operating powered equipment to move merchandise, if certified
- Maintaining backroom organisation and location accuracy
- Following processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritising tasks
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Working in a safe manner at all times and reporting hazards
- Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
