Customer Experience & Operations Intern - Summer 2027

Electronic Arts is looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Intern to join their Fan Growth team. As an intern, you will work on a summer project to improve the premium care experience and operations. Your responsibilities will include designing a pilot program, building and managing a project plan, analyzing pilot results, and developing a final recommendation.

Responsibilities:

• Design a pilot program to test a new operations improvement within Premium Care
• Build and manage a project plan, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Analyze pilot results to understand the impact on customer experience and operational performance
• Develop and present a final recommendation that summarizes the results and impact of the pilot

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree granting program in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2027
• Experience using data to solve problems
• Experience planning and managing projects
