Description
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Villages Painswick, a luxury retirement living community. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality clinical, social, and emotional care to our residents, promoting independence and honouring individual choice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs
- Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care
- Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes
- Communicating with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals

This is a bank contract position with 12-hour shifts between 8-8 on days and nights, offering £13.25 per hour with paid breaks.
