- Maintain accurate equipment and activity records in the resource management system, supporting the timely availability and deployment of equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve routine technical faults by following defined support processes, escalating complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate support route.
- Carry out approved software updates, routine maintenance and defined equipment lifecycle activities whilst conducting testing and readiness checks against agreed standards to verify equipment performance before deployment.
- Create and maintain equipment records and configuration information, and contribute to the development and improvement of operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams and subject matter experts to understand operational requirements, contribute to practical technical solutions and identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Plan and organise assigned work, consulting senior colleagues when operational demands or competing priorities require reprioritisation while providing occasional onsite technical support during live events and outside broadcasts.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in how systems, equipment and technology operate, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes and practices.
- Experience configuring, testing, maintaining or supporting technical equipment, including identifying faults, applying routine fixes and understanding how issues within interconnected systems can affect wider operations.

- Ability to use initiative, organise assigned work and take ownership of tasks through to completion, seeking guidance when priorities conflict or operational risk increases.
- Ability to remain effective under pressure, respond to changing operational requirements and work to tight deadlines with good computer literacy and confidence using a range of software systems and technical tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand stakeholder requirements and work constructively with technical and operational colleagues.
