As a Fresh Food Manager at Morrisons, you will take pride in ensuring the quality of our fresh produce and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for:
- Putting customers first by inspiring your team to deliver friendly and attentive service
- Leading and coaching your team to ensure they have the confidence and capability to succeed
- Building a supportive culture by partnering with other managers to create an encouraging and performance-driven department
- Planning and delivering standards to ensure market-leading product availability, safe and legal compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations
