FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV

Agile Dev Team Members have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing and/or deployment of system functionality. They provide guidance, mentorship and training to direct reporting staff.

The Agile Dev Team Member IV role involves providing technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adhering to coding standards. They ensure systems are architecturally sound, high in code and component quality, and are easily modified to support future requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical feasibility using coding methods and adhere to coding standards
• Ensure systems are architecturally sound and of high quality
• Define and execute tests early and often
• Analyze system and business requirements for testability
• Develop, document, execute and maintain test cases and test data
• Identify complex errors and analyze results to troubleshoot and execute root cause analysis
• Provide guidance to junior team members
• Participate in key ceremonies to drive execution and improve flow
• Demonstrate ongoing thirst for knowledge and a desire for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 7-9 years of total experience
• Must have skills in Java, Angular, Python and AI
• AI development experience is mandatory
