Corporate Systems Project Manager, Ford Energy

As the Project Manager, Corporate Systems & Business Platforms, you will serve as an individual-contributor partner to the Head of Corporate Systems & Business Platforms, helping coordinate and drive the systems, processes, and initiatives that fall outside the core SAP and Salesforce delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the intake and stand-up of new, undefined initiatives, including defining scope, identifying stakeholders, creating plans, and driving meetings.
• Act as the safety net for commitments made in leadership forums, ensuring things don't get dropped and tracking open items to closure.
• Maintain the operating rhythm and visibility tools that keep the organization's leader and stakeholders informed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years in program/project coordination, software engineer, or a similar cross-functional individual-contributor role within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Working knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred) environments.
• Demonstrated ability to stand up structure for ambiguous, undefined initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of tracking issues, decisions, and action items to closure in a fast-paced environment.
