Mosqueteiro/a (Consultor/a On Premise)

We are seeking a Mosqueteiro/a (On Premise Consultant) to join our team in São Luís, Brazil.

As a Mosqueteiro/a, you will be responsible for developing sales and brand awareness in the On Premise channel, focusing on nightclubs, bars, hotels, and restaurants in the Maranhão and Piauí regions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and protect accounts in the region through permanent business analysis
• Position the Red Bull brand and product portfolio correctly in the territory
• Identify, care for, and develop local and regional On Premise accounts
• Ensure alignment with the Distributor's Sales Force to achieve adequate numerical distribution
• Conduct continuous training with staff to ensure correct brand understanding
• Negotiate and implement commercial agreements based on a win-win relationship
• Manage the On Premise channel budget, planning and monitoring resource usage
• Implement On Premise marketing strategies using suitable tools to drive vertical growth

Requirements:

• University degree
• Experience in On Premise and Events areas
• Availability for travel
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, dynamism, sense of urgency, organisation, curiosity, and creativity
