We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
As a Customer Assistant, you will be putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service. You will be ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Supporting colleagues and working as a team
- Using digital tools to enhance customer experience
- Building product knowledge to make helpful recommendations

- Part-time, fixed-term assignment
- 12 hours per week

- Availability window: Thursday 08:00-14:00, Friday 15:00-22:00, Saturday 16:00-22:00
