Director, Enterprise

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader to lead our Malaysia and Indonesia business in the region.

As a Director, Enterprise, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and be measured by achieving your team's overall quota and growing consumption amongst some of Databricks' top strategic accounts in SEA.

The impact you will have:

• Drive Revenue Success: Own and exceed your team's quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Build and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics, mainly amongst strategic financial services customers.
• Cultivate strong executive relationships with customers/partners, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Create Trust-Based Relationships: develop long-term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships.
• Distill Customer Needs and Value: Enable your team to understand commercial goals of your customer and how they relate to our value proposition.
• Manage the Front-Line Voice of Databricks: Lead your team to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

What we look for:

• Bahasa-speaking due to the role covering the Indonesia and Malaysia market.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience working as a senior executive at a leading software company in a similar capacity.
• Experienced (5+ years) high-growth Data & AI leader with experience leading a sales team to new heights.
• Experience selling to Enterprise Customers in the SEA region, preferably Indonesia and Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of the Data/AI landscape, ecosystem, and existing relationships with Hyperscalers.
• Experience translating a highly technical product to business value for the C-Suite.
• Track record of success executing against personal and team goals while always striving to uplevel your process.
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team-first mindset.
