Workplace Experience Specialist

Electronic Arts is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to join our People Experience & Workplaces team in Montreal, Canada.

As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will focus on creating work environments and experiences that influence employee effectiveness, offer a healthy and professional physical environment, and create a work experience and physical space that reflects our local culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct support, tactical operational support, and assistance with projects to the Site Lead
• Establish working relationships with services, support partners, and other team members
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Supervise external office service providers
• Manage the Montreal branch store
• Develop and implement processes, procedures, and programs related to the Workplace Experience team's functions
• Plan and execute events and programs with the Site Lead
• Support the health and safety program
• Ensure studio cleanliness and aesthetics meet organisational standards
• Support sustainability programs and data collection
• Collaborate with teams on new hire integration and employee departure processes
• Recruit contractors for equipment repair and non-guaranteed work
• Assist with budgeting, estimating, and scheduling projects

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or similar environments
• Ideally, experience in the hospitality industry
