FBS Product Owner III

We are seeking a highly experienced FBS Product Owner III to lead multiple areas of product development using Agile principles. As a Product Owner, you will serve as the customer proxy, working closely with business owners and stakeholders to prioritize needs, oversee development stages, and evaluate product progress.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing team backlog items and prioritizing based on business value
• Outlining dependencies and informing stakeholders of the necessary sequence of development
• Holding a significant role in quality control and accepting stories as done
• Utilizing advanced business knowledge and communication skills to anticipate problems and address them accordingly
• Working cross-functionally in a self-organizing manner to accomplish tasks and manage the backlog
• Leading processes and procedure changes identified by teams
• Providing overall leadership to the Product Owner team through mentorship and guidance
• Contributing strategic input into the prioritization of the program backlog
• Driving the mitigation of program risks

Requirements:

• Intermediate experience with Guidewire Policy Center (cloud instance), Rally, Office Suite, and Copilot or other AI tools
