Senior Content Creator

Greenlight is looking for a Senior Content Creator who is a creator and strategist rolled into one. As a Senior Content Creator, you will own Greenlight's organic social and influencer programs end to end, setting the strategy, writing the plan, and creating some content yourself.

Responsibilities:

• Create original social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Monitor culture and platform trends daily and move fast on the ones that fit Greenlight
• Own and execute the content social strategy
• Manage the multi-channel organic content calendar
• Direct the influencer and creator program
• Lead the UGC program with the growth team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external social and influencer agency partners
• Contribute to product marketing and brand campaigns
• Strengthen customer service communications
• Own social reporting and analytics

Requirements:

• 6+ years in social media, with meaningful time spent as a hands-on creator
• Proven organic growth
• Genuine comfort on camera
• Strong video skills end to end
• Deep platform fluency, especially TikTok and Instagram
• Demonstrated ability to turn a cultural moment into a post the same day
• Understand audiences for Greenlight
• Experience building and running influencer or creator programs
• Experience managing external agencies is a plus
• Experience with consumer brands, or speaking to an audience of parents and teens, is a plus
