Field Marketing Manager, Queensland

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead the local face of Red Bull in Queensland. The successful candidate will build strong local networks, create and implement marketing initiatives, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver regional marketing strategies aligned to national priorities and local opportunities
• Use consumer insights to drive idea generation, product understanding, and brand image
• Partner with Sales to deliver strong local commercial outcomes and distribution growth
• Support growth in the university channel through targeted programs
• Drive relevance across key consumption occasions through tailored messaging and campaigns
• Develop innovative, locally relevant marketing ideas that bring the brand to life
• Ensure premium consumer experiences at events and activations
• Identify and leverage strategic event partnerships to increase brand visibility
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, media partners, and industry stakeholders
• Lead by example, embodying Red Bull's values and fostering a positive team culture
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance evaluations
• Partner with the Head of Field Marketing to assess capability gaps and implement development plans
• Manage regional budget planning and ensure efficient logistics and infrastructure systems
• Continuously identify cost savings and operational efficiencies

Requirements:

• 5+ years marketing experience within sports/events or culture marketing in Queensland
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams
• Travel 30-40%
