Client Advisor

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our Ferrari Lifestyle team in the Soho flagship store in New York.

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for building and establishing Ferrari Lifestyle as a fashion icon in the US market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales Generation:
• Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals
• Develop product knowledge among selling staff
• Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business
• Search and discover new opportunities to drive sales
• Work with corporate teams and individual stores to create and implement strategies
• Track and analyze the performance of VIC initiatives
• Organize and manage high-end events and experiences for VICs

• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service using the brand's Selling Ceremony guidelines
• Lead by example and provide tailor-made advice to customers
• Create a culture of clienteling and relationship building amongst the team
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and effectively

• Operations:
• Support Associate Director and Director with staff training
• Understand and properly execute all register functions
• Maintain a neat and organized understock and stock room

• Merchandising/Visual:
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, and organized
• Identify and communicate product concerns
• Communicate inventory needs to Store Leadership

• Human Resources:
• Ensure Presentation & Wardrobe standards are professional
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of retail experience in luxury fashion.

Required skills include extremely strong communication skills, ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, keen sense of current fashion trends, and knowledge of Korean speaking is a plus.
