The Role The Forward Deployed Software Engineer New Grad Role is part of Palantir's Forward Deployed Engineering team. As an FDE, you'll be at the intersection of world-changing problems and impactful technology, shaping solutions where they matter most. You'll embed with customers to tackle their most pressing challenges head-on, using your technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to drive real-world impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Solve mission-critical problems by deploying software and AI into high-stakes operations of leading institutions.
- Work in small, high-trust teams and own projects end-to-end, from initial customer conversations to shipping products that change how they operate.
- Embed with customers, understanding their challenges and developing solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with engineers to make architecture and design decisions.
- Wrestle with data at a scale that breaks assumptions and demands invention.
- Build custom applications, LLM workflows, and production solutions engineered for specific customers.
- Own relationships with stakeholders, from users to executives.

What We Require
- Fluent business Korean and English.
- Engineering degree in fields like Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Graduating in 2026 or 2027.
