This is a high-impact position partnering directly with the Head of Operations for the Quality, Reliability, and System Safety (QRS) organization, the VP of QRS, and QRS leadership.
You'll move between financial dashboards, headcount models, facility layouts, and executive communications , sometimes in the same day. You'll work across Anduril's core functions (Finance, Talent Acquisition, Business Operations, Analytics) and interface with division-level leadership to ensure QRS has the infrastructure it needs to hit aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Own the staffing infrastructure for QRS , managing headcount planning, recruiting coordination with Talent Acquisition, demand/supply forecasting, and charge code governance.
- Facilities Operations: Manage QRS’s physical footprint across multiple facilities, including neighborhood management, space planning, and seating coordination for organizational growth.
- Executive Communication: Own and produce weekly leadership updates, monthly operations meeting content, and cross-divisional reporting.
- Special Projects: Own operational projects end-to-end , from definition, to solutioning, to implementation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or a business analyst role.
- Experience operating in a high-growth technology company, or starting a venture, are heavily considered.
- Strong analytical aptitude and aptitude for rapid learning.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
