Logistics Manager

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the supply chain from 3PL to end consumers on a national basis for all topics concerning finished goods and visibility items.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing 3PL providers and ensuring SLA's, contractual obligations, and KPI's are met
• Conducting downstream supply chain cost planning and monitoring, and implementing cost-saving programs
• Ensuring accuracy of stocks and product age with regular stock reconciliations
• Managing the complete order process for VISITs in SAP and Red Bull systems
• Driving robust inventory control processes to ensure accuracy of stocks and product age
• Providing high-quality delivery from 3PL to events and services of RB coolers
• Engaging with key customers and maintaining required knowledge of their supply chain practices and strategies
• Reviewing customer supply chain based on business development to ensure planned sales can be executed without constraints
• Brainstorming and implementing network optimization programs with customers
• Preparing and managing tenders related to supply chain cost and benchmark activities
• Working closely with Finance for month-end closure processing and supporting internal and external audits
• Recommending improvements and standardizing local-specific reporting and processes

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of working experience in managing logistics or warehousing, ideally in an FMCG environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven ability to run analysis from multiple sources and provide reliable and valuable outputs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and applying best practices
• Accuracy, innovation, and results-driven focus with attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP packages
