We're seeking a Subsidence Claims Consultant to join our award-winning Subsidence Services Division. As a focal point for clients and their customers, you will manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial claims up to an agreed value. Following training and licensing, you will make all decisions on your claims, accelerating them through to conclusion with high levels of autonomy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing claims with autonomy and flexibility
- Producing client-specific reports and documentation
- Maintaining accurate action plans and updating stakeholders
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure progress and delivery of services
- Providing excellent communication and negotiation skills
Requirements:
- Experience in managing subsidence claims
