Description
We are seeking a Corporate/M&A Senior Associate to work with a leading Corporate/M&A partner. You will ideally have 4-8 years' general corporate law experience, with a focus on a variety of transactions, including joint ventures.
Our team is commercially minded, creative, and practical, and we regularly act for buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b. We also advise founders and significant investors in $1b + transactions, and represent investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups.
In the Corporate group, we work in Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax.
Qualifications and attributes:
- 4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law at an AM Law 100 firm, ideally with experience in a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures.
