Join M&S as a Customer Assistant where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering style advice and recommending products to customers
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment
- Working across various areas of the store
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Shift Pattern: Tues 18-22, Thurs 18-22, Sat 8-12
