Area Sales Manager

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their growing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to sales representatives in the Fort Wayne market. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and onboarding sales professionals within the territory, and play a critical part in ensuring the territory achieves and exceeds its sales goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and coaching to sales representatives
• Recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales professionals
• Collaborating with local, regional, and corporate leadership to ensure reps have the tools and resources they need to succeed
• Providing regular reporting on territory performance
• Assisting in generating sales and providing top-level customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership, coaching, training, or mentoring capacity
• Proven success in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales professionals
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen
