Production Team Member

As a Production Team Member at McLaren Automotive, you will work as part of a multi-functional team, reporting to a Production Team Leader. Your role involves improving team performance in quality, cost control, productivity, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure all station operations meet the required quality standards
• Complete operations within the required timescale (Takt time)
• Collaborate with the team to define and solve problems affecting quality, cost, or productivity
• Attend work regularly and on time, informing the Team Leader of any lateness or unplanned absence
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly work area
• Adhere to McLaren's expectations for uniform and appearance
• Foster a safe working environment for yourself and team members
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Understand and adhere to McLaren's Values

Requirements:

• No formal qualifications are necessary; experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Prior team-working experience and experience working to timescales are desirable
