On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist

As an On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement trade marketing activities for strategic on-premise clients. Your main goal will be to support the creation of strategies and translate them into commercial plans and high-quality execution at the point of sale.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual activation plans for strategic on-premise clients with the Key Account team
• Translate joint business plans into specific implementations, including product offerings and visibility in stores
• Manage trade marketing deployments for clients, from concept preparation to rollout
• Plan and implement product communication in physical and digital touchpoints
• Manage the portfolio of POS materials for network clients
• Monitor execution standards and identify opportunities to improve visibility and sales activation
• Conduct regular market visits, audits, and validations of new solutions
• Support the Key Accounts team in preparing sell-in materials and client presentations
• Analyze deployment results and provide optimization recommendations

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing and shopper marketing
• Experience working with network clients, trade partners, or projects in invited sales networks
• Ability to translate business and marketing strategies into concrete solutions
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Strong skills in preparing briefs, sell-in presentations, and business recommendations
• Knowledge of building consumer activations and using marketing assets in commercial partnerships
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, suppliers, and production processes
• Willingness to work regularly in the market and travel within Poland
• Analytical skills for sales data and execution indicators
• Fluent English language skills
