Senior Actuarial Associate

We are seeking a Senior Actuarial Associate to support the day-to-day production of HKRBC Pillar 1 and GWS reporting and submission of Pillar 3 regulatory returns to HKIA.

The successful candidate will participate in enhancing production process efficiency through automation and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the production of HKRBC Pillar 1 and GWS reporting by performing calculations, data extraction, and checking using spreadsheets and/or Prophet models.
• Perform deep-dive analysis independently to help management understand financial results.
• Support the production of Pillar 3 returns and perform controls and reconciliations to ensure result consistency and quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, including enhancements in tools, processes, and controls.

Requirements:

• University degree holder majoring in a numerical subject (e.g., Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics).
• Associate or Fellowship of Society of Actuaries, or other equivalent actuarial bodies.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
