Virtual Sales Representative

We are seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to join our team at AIA Philippines. As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for offering BPI AIA's product solutions to target customers and prospective leads through a virtual end-to-end sales process system.

Responsibilities:

• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI AIA products to target customers
• Partner with Virtual Sales Officer for cross-selling of life and health insurance
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA
• Perform customer service and business conservation activities
• Act as a liaison between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims
• Submit required reports on time
• Provide field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors, and bank partners
• Report and meet weekly with Virtual Sales Team Leader for production updates and marketing campaigns
