As a Senior Associate-Business Analyst (HK Market), you will be responsible for supporting specific functional/business areas in terms of information system needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discussions with business/program managers to understand the scope of work and prepare documentation detailing the solution for given business needs.
  • Filter and refine requirements from stakeholders into a consistent single vision.
  • Bring innovation to solutioning by recommending process improvements through simplification.
  • Support project execution, including preparing user requirements, quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Adjudicate problem solutioning between stakeholders and offer technical expertise.
  • Prepare test requirements and test environments for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Execute test scripts, monitor and record test results.
  • Review and sign off solution documents, UAT plans, and scenarios.
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to resolve UAT defects.
  • Provide UAT clearance reports.
  • Prepare end-user training guides and train trainers prior to implementation.
  • Perform post-implementation verification and follow up on production issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in life insurance operations and business analysis.
  • Knowledge in both operational and system areas.
  • Meticulous with ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, determination to succeed, and willingness to share and learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance and as a team player.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in both speaking and writing in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (for HK market roles).
