You will join the Minute Clinic team as a Mental Health Therapist, working in a 100% remote environment with flexible scheduling options.
Job Overview As a Mental Health Therapist, you will have autonomy to build and grow the Minute Clinic practice, provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families, and leverage evidence-based care and assessment tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies
- Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Utilize electronic health record systems and engage on multiple platforms
Requirements
- Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state and/or California
- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills
- Master's degree program from an accredited College or University
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills
- Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery
- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms
