As a Trainee Manager, you'll assist in delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences, and working collaboratively with the store manager to cultivate a team passionate about making every customer interaction delightful.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the store manager to bring exciting ideas to life and build an exemplary in-store team
• Supporting the store manager in building a customer-focused team
• Assisting in nurturing a customer-centric team through training sessions and constructive feedback
• Leading a management team to achieve store goals
• Delegating tasks to the management team
• Contributing to managing store finances, setting annual budgets, and controlling staffing levels and stock
• Maintaining a beautiful store with effective merchandising and high standards of cleanliness
• Developing relationships within the local community
• Engaging in personal development through training opportunities and collaboration with other teams
• Creating and facilitating a shopping experience that encourages team members to make customers' days
